How to recover your hotmail account if it was stolen

Am writing this blog to help others who faced such problems and for whom want a quick solution to recover hotmail password.
My email was stolen from sometime and I tried all the ways to retrieve the account which gave me LOTSS of headache before I get it!!! Whenever I try something it doesn’t work !! and finally the best way I found to retrieve the email is to contact Windows Live Support in USA on this number: 1-800-386-5550

and you can open a ticket with Windows Live support through web:
